Why we should only be putting natural organic plants into our natural organic bodies

Health is not just being disease-free. Health is when every cell in your body is bouncing with life.

~ Sadhguru

I would like to talk to you today about how your body is made up of energy and organic matter and why you should avoid toxic synthetic matter.

You have to imagine your body as a vessel that is a living organism separate from who you are in mind and soul and it is working hard to keep you healthy.

So when you feed it the right foods it runs at the ultimate level which keeps disease, illness, stress, depression and anxiety away.

The moment you start putting toxic and unnatural matter into your body, it has to start working harder to keep you healthy. When that happens, your vessel then has to decide where the healing and regeneration is best used to keep you alive.

And so your natural organic body starts to break down and fail. This is why it is so important to eat the right nutrients to feed the amazing body that houses your mind and soul.

Because without the body, the mind and soul can’t exist in this beautiful living natural world we call Earth.

The average person feels like they have no control over a lot of things in life and it can cause a lot of frustration and anxiety. In fact, it plays a big role in our mental health. If you are not feeling right in your body your mind starts to become affected.

What I am here to tell you is that you are in control of your body, in fact you are the only one in control of your body, how you look after it and what you put into it.

I am going to show you how you can turn your failing vessel into a top performing, healthy, organic engine which will then begin to heal your mind and your soul.

So nutrition, what is it and how does it work?

Eating a combination of different foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains is a great way to feed your body with the right nutrients. We need a certain amount of vitamins and minerals to stay healthy.

So eating a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables that are in season will greatly reduce the risk of suffering ailments such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer.

How it works!

By feeding your body the natural organic nutrients that it needs to be healthy, the areas in your body that were neglected due to fighting toxic matters within your system will start to heal.

So after a short while of eating a whole food plant-based diet you will begin to feel better in your body, mind and soul. Your thinking will change, because your energy levels will be running at an optimum frequency to heal.

So what is toxic to our bodies?

Anything that is not grown naturally on this living planet, anything that is synthetically modified to mimic natural products. Over-eating. Eating flesh or derivatives from other living beings as they are being farmed in unnatural ways that are harmful to your body.

To keep the other living beings ‘productive’, farmers are pumping them full of toxic, unnatural substances. Pharmaceutical drugs are synthetic, preserved food is toxic to our bodies.

The moment you start polluting your naturally organic body with toxic unnatural elements you begin to poison it, age it and kill it.

So what can you do?

Adopt a healthy lifestyle, change your eating habits so as to nurture your body. Make sure you are getting the right amount of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, healthy protein, and healthy oils. Drink lots of water during the day.

When your body is hydrated correctly your brain, organs and joints work better which helps you to stay active.

When you are active your oxygen levels rise, which then provides a healthy flow of oxygenated blood to parts of your body that may have been starved in the past, which would have caused disease within your body.

Another very big change you can make is to get the right amount of sleep. When our minds are resting, our bodies are able to convert all those wonderful nutrients into exactly what we need to start healing.

    Hi PtF 🙂

I maintain quite a few websites … one with the URL “organic-growers” … maybe we could collaborate on building a directory of resources related to organic farming, farmers, etc.?

Another thing: I often buy vegetables frozen. Do you know of good comparisons / data related to nutrients in frozen vs. fresh vegetables?

    Thanks!

    🙂 Norbert
